Dream Payouts is a service from Dream Payments that helps businesses send eligible U.S. payouts to vendors, suppliers, contractors, service providers, customers, and claimants.

No. Start with the recipient’s email address. They provide the information required to receive the payout through a secure Dream experience.

No. A recipient does not need to become a Dream Payouts sender simply to receive a payout.

Dream supports eligible delivery through RTP, ACH, and wire. Availability depends on configuration, recipient eligibility, financial-institution participation, and other factors.

When configured, Dream can automatically fall back to ACH so the payout still has a path to delivery.

Eligible payouts can be scheduled for a future date. Cancellation depends on the payout’s status and delivery method.

The DreamPay Wallet includes a dedicated payment account held at JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Member FDIC. It provides an available balance and account activity view for receiving eligible transfers, funding payouts, sending payments, and managing money movement through Dream.

Yes. Subject to program configuration and eligibility, the account can receive eligible ACH, RTP, and wire transfers using its dedicated account and routing details. This is distinct from invoice, card-acceptance, or ACH-debit collection functionality unless those services are separately enabled.

The current direct portal is designed for individual payouts. Businesses and platforms with higher-volume or embedded requirements should contact Dream.

Standard direct onboarding is designed to be straightforward. Activation depends on successful business verification, account configuration, required banking review, and the services being enabled.

Yes. Applicable commercial terms, enabled services, and payment-method pricing are confirmed during onboarding before production use.
